"The three boys, all home-schooled, have also been charged in connection with the vehicle break-in"

How is the fact that they are home-schooled relevant to the story?

Well, I'd be interested in knowing if those kids were attending my kids' schools if I were reading the article!

Why didn't they mention that they were being home schooled in taxidermy school.

Little is known about the graveyard. The Humble Bicentennial Museum could not confirm that it was reserved for black veterans, but Adkins said he observed "many, many headstones" for black soldiers killed during World War I and World War II.

I can't wait until Sharpton gets down there.

Cheers,

Because it shows how kids can't be trusted with their parents.

Part of the meta-narrative.

Took me a long time to click that link; been ignoring the post most of the day. Ick, is right!

Note self: If my kid gets in trouble next year, make sure the reporter writes "... currently homeschooled, but previously enrolled in a pricey private school for four years ...".

Yeah, that'll explain it.

It sounds like these kids took their status as Deadheads a little too seriously.
